You agree that Libidex-promo India is not liable for any loss (direct or indirect) due to delivery delays or third-party logistics issues. Our delivery partners work independently, and we are not responsible for their actions or delays.

How does the delivery process work?

After your order is placed, products go through a quality check. Once passed, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, or Shiprocket. If delivery cannot be made at your address, the agent will contact you directly.

Delivery charges and locations?

We offer free shipping across PAN India. No hidden fees.

What are the estimated delivery times?

Orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays) in major metro cities.
For other areas, delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on location.

Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?

Yes, changes can be requested within 24 hours if the order hasn't been dispatched.

How to track the order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier partner details.
You can track your order status using the tracking link provided in the email.

Tracking details are usually shared within 24 hours after your order leaves our warehouse.

Your order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?

Don’t worry! This is normal. It means your items are being shipped from different warehouse locations. You will only be charged shipping or Cash-on-Delivery (if applicable) once — with the first shipment.
For international orders, items are usually shipped together as one consolidated shipment.

I have placed an order but may not be available to receive it. Can you hold delivery?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, please contact our customer care team immediately. For security, you’ll be asked a few questions to verify your identity. If the order is already shipped, we regret that delivery cannot be held.

Are there any hidden charges such as Octroi or Sales Tax?

No hidden charges. The price shown during checkout is final and includes all applicable Indian taxes (GST, etc.).

Payments can be made via prepaid modes like credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, Amazon Pay, Paytm, or through Cash on Delivery (COD).

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order using the CANCEL button in the My Account section under Order Details. Please mention a reason for cancellation.

Refund and Returns Policy

How will I receive my refund for a canceled order?

Refund or return requests must be made within 3 working days of delivery. Post that, no request will be entertained. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the original payment source within 3 business days. For COD orders, customers must provide their bank details. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How long does a refund take for a returned product?

Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 3 business days. For returns, the refund is processed after the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection. The full process may take up to 2 weeks after pickup.

Can I return a part of my order?

Yes, partial returns are allowed within 3 days of delivery for unused items.

Replacement of Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. Send a photo of the damaged product to [email protected]. Replacement will be sent only after the damaged item is received at our warehouse.
